July 30, 2008 – I leave tomorrow

Hi All

 

I am in San Jose now.  I leave tomorrow morning for Beijing.  We have a direct flight from SFO to Beijing.  It will be a long 14 hours but I’m sure it will fun.  We just got out of team processing where we received all our apparel and took team pictures, etc.  It is a crazy experience!  They gave us $13000 worth of things for free including jackets, sweats, our parade uniform, 4 pairs of shoes, hats, a ring, and even a $100 free credit card to use for spending.  Its hard to believe that it is already here and my Olympic journey has already begun.
