Senior Engineer: I am Responsible for developing Dashboard and Sharepoint based reporting systems for a business workflow system.

• Developing Scorecards with Microsoft Business Scorecard Manager to interact with OLAP based data services.
• Developing custom scorecard reports and webparts to interface our data with Sharepoint 2003 (and 2007).
• Developing webpart based design tool to allow analysis and design of workflow processes.

Principal Application Engineer: I was hired at Peoplesoft, which was acquired by Oracle.  I was responsible for design and development of a PeopleTools-based applications as well as 3rd party productivity tools to be used in the PeopleTools environment.

• Developed PeopleTools based web services to assist in 3G Telephone Service Management.
• Developed 3rd party dashboard tool used for real-time management of the PeopleTools-based Order Management System.
• Assisted in developing curriculum for training engineers in Java programming.  Taught workshop based classes focused on training engineers to pass the Sun Java Programmer Exam.

Lead Engineer: Responsible for designing and developing internet/Java technologies for Avaya Interaction Center, which is a Customer Call Center Management package.

• Developed new project standards and solutions using cutting edge technologies.
• Developed thin client backend servers and web services for multiplatform use.
• Developed browser front ends for thin client access to existing Call Center platforms.
• Designed and developed COM and DCOM objects for backend distributed applications.
• Helped develop a Windows NT system that interacts with several other machines over the Enterprise network through network communications such as IP Multicast, MSMQ, and DCOM, using the Microsoft Transaction Server and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Responsible for developing Java based technology to move the product to cross platform environments.

Senior Engineer:  Responsible for designing and developing windows applications for RemitVision, a Financial workflow package which deals with lockbox technologies used in remittance processing.

• Designing and developing windows front end programs.
• Helped develop Windows programs that interacted with Unix-based workflow engines through RPC calls.

Senior Developer:  Responsible for specification, design, implementation, and maintenance of Pro|Search, a vertical market database program designed for the staffing industry.

• Concurrently developing this application for Windows 3.x and Windows NT.
• Developed Database design and maintenance tools (designer, report generator, import)
• Developed an imaging library for use with the database
• Implemented and maintained a Source Code Control System, and a Software Configuration Management System.

Owner/Operator:  As a consultant, help design and develop professional software solutions for medium to large corporations.

• Assisted in the creation of an online visual database for a Real Estate Company
• Created a telecommunications based data maintenance/update system.
• Re-Engineered various DOS programs for the Windows environment.

Lead Developer:  Designed and implemented various forms design and filling packages for the Windows environment.

• Developed scanner interface (TWAIN and ISIS drivers) and imaging software.
• Developed an artificial intelligence forms recognition and automated filling library (using various 3rd party OCR tools).
• Implemented a mail system (MAPI and CC:Mail) interface.

Volunteer Work Experience

Chairman, Electronic Communication Committee:  Committee is responsible for the specification, design, implementation, and maintenance of an internet presence of a national organization.

• Act as Technical Liaison between the committee and the Board of Directors
• Supervision of Document content and information gathering for development of HTML Documents for the World Wide Web.
• Designing dynamic pages using server side database manipulation (Java, PHP, mySQL).
